Compliance is the commitment to conducting business in a manner consistent with the highest professional and ethical standards. To achieve this, the AWS Service corporation maintains an effective compliance program, known as the “Global Compliance Program”, which has the following key components:

- Assessment and discipline;
- Code of ethics and conduct;
- Internal communication and raising concerns;
- Education and training;
- Anti-Corruption Policy;

The purpose is to help the Corporation build a culture of cooperation, as well as avoid and detect violations of laws, regulatory standards and/or current internal policies.
